MEET BEN

Ben Tilney is a former professional footballer who played in both England and Northern Ireland. With years of experience at the top level, Ben now brings his passion, knowledge, and love for the game to the next generation through the Ben Tilney Academy.

Four years ago, Ben founded his own women’s team, which has since grown to include two senior ladies teams and most recently a U16 team, providing opportunities for female players to develop, compete, and enjoy the game at every level in Northern Ireland. 

Our academy mission is simple — to develop confident, skilled players who enjoy every moment on the pitch. We welcome boys and girls of all abilities, from beginners to aspiring pros!
